How we build.
For whoever in your organization has to be satisfied this is safe before it touches production.
The workers on the front of this site are assembled from a set of components we have already built and already run. That is the reason a workflow can be live in four to eight weeks rather than four to eight months, and the reason your second workflow costs less than your first.
What a worker is made of
Not every workflow uses every piece. Most use six or seven of them.
Intake
Voice, email, fax, portal and SMS. Calls are transcribed and structured in real time; documents are queued and processed on arrival.
Document understanding
Extraction and classification across clean PDFs, poor scans, mixed-orientation faxes and handwriting. Every field carries a confidence score and a pointer back to where it came from.
Validation
Completeness, eligibility, coverage and your own business rules. Deterministic where it must be deterministic, so the same input always produces the same answer.
Decisioning and routing
Priority, assignment and escalation. Rules and models work together, with the rules holding authority over anything that has a defensible right answer.
Scheduling
Availability, offers, booking, confirmation and reschedule, against your real calendar and your real rules.
Outbound follow-up
Call, text and email sequences for missing items, reminders and status. Bounded by attempt limits you set.
Human review queue
Everything the worker is not confident about, with the reason attached and the source document alongside it. Overrides are captured and used to improve the worker.
Connectors
Read and write against your EHR, practice management, agency management or property system. Built once, maintained by us, reused across clients.
How it stays under control
Putting an autonomous system into a business where mistakes have consequences is a different problem from building a demo. This is the part most of the market skips.
Every decision is recorded
What arrived, what the worker read, what it concluded, what it did, and which rule or model produced the outcome. Exportable, and readable by someone who is not an engineer.
Confidence thresholds, set by you
Below the threshold, the work goes to a person rather than proceeding. Thresholds are tuned during the first weeks in production, with you seeing both the automation rate and the error rate.
Evaluated before it goes live
Workers are tested against a set of your real historical cases with known outcomes. If it does not clear the bar on your data, it does not go into production on your data.
No silent changes
Prompts, rules and models are versioned. When something changes, it is tested against the same case set first, and you are told what changed and why.
Least privilege on your systems
Scoped credentials, only the permissions the workflow needs, and no bulk export of your records. We integrate with your system of record rather than copying it.
Health-data handling
HIPAA-aware handling for protected information, with a business associate agreement in place before any live data is processed.
Where it runs
Microsoft Azure, in a subscription we operate or in yours, whichever your policy requires. Speech, document intelligence, search and model hosting come from Azure services; the workers, the rules and the integrations are ours.
We are not reselling a cloud platform. The platform is where our software runs, and the reason we chose it is that it is the one we have spent fifteen years operating in regulated environments.
How it connects to you
Through the interfaces your system of record already exposes. There is no data migration, no replacement of your EHR or agency system, and no new platform for your team to learn. Your staff keep working where they work today; the queue simply stops filling up.
If your system has no usable interface, we will tell you that in the Snapshot rather than after you have paid for a build.
What we do not claim
- This is not licensed software you can buy and run yourself. It is built, deployed and operated by us as a service.
- A worker does not replace clinical, coverage or legal judgment. It gathers, checks, schedules and follows up, and hands the judgment to your people.
- We will not quote a build for a workflow we have not mapped. That is what the Snapshot is for, and it is why it is a week and not an hour.
